About Lagreca & Quinn

The principals of Lagreca & Quinn Real Estate Services, Inc. are Michael A. Lagreca, MAI, AI-GRS, Robert C. Lagreca, SRA and Paul D. Quinn, MAI, AI-GRS. Joining forces in 2003 to create a full service real estate appraisal firm, the partners have over 100 years of combined experience in the real estate appraisal and consulting industry. 

Michael A. Lagreca, MAI, AI-GRS is a Certified General Appraiser in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  Michael has over 35 years experience in appraising commercial real estate in the Philadelphia region.

Robert C. Lagreca, SRA is a Certified General Appraiser in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  Bob has over 35 years experience in appraising commercial and residential real estate in the Philadelphia region. 

Paul D. Quinn, MAI, AI-GRS is a Certified General Appraiser in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  Paul has been performing appraisals of commercial real estate in the Philadelphia area for over 30 years.
