Market Area
The primary focus of our residential division is the 5-county Philadelphia area—Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. As a service to our clients we can also perform appraisals in Berks, Lehigh and Northampton Counties, Pennsylvania as well as southern New Jersey and New Castle County, Delaware.

Technology
All form appraisals are completed using digital photography, computer generated sketch plans and "TOTAL" appraisal software by a la mode, inc. Appraisals can be e-mailed in pdf format with signatures and photographs to clients who prefer electronic transmission.
