Lagreca & Quinn is a full service Real Estate Appraisal firm. Established in 2003, our company offers a wide range of products and services to help you meet your needs and the needs of your client.

Commercial Division - Headed by Michael Lagreca and Paul Quinn. Both Mike and Paul are General Certified Appraisers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware; and hold the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. Together they share over sixty-five years of experience within the appraisal industry as appraisers.

Residential Division - Head Bob Lagreca is a Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware; and holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. Robert is FHA approved in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, and has thirty-five years of experience appraising Residential Real Estate.
