PAUL D. QUINN, MAI, AI-GRS is a licensed General Certified Appraiser in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and has specialized in real estate appraisal since the late 1980’s.  Mr. Quinn has completed appraisals on the following property types: apartments, retail properties, office buildings, industrial buildings, residential subdivisions and manufactured housing communities.
